Can you create custom designs?
Yes! We have a few ways you can do that.
1. We can create a custom design for you. Please send your requests to our facebook page or e-mail us at jadenadcooutfitters@gmail.com
2. See a design on the site, but want it on a different style? Copy and paste the title of the design in the corresponding "create your own" section. Need help? Just let us know!
3. Have your own design, just need it printed? Contact us and we will get you taken care of.
What is your turn around time?
Our standard turn around on printed time is 7-12 business days from the date of your order, though we try to get items out quicker!
We aim to ship boutique items same/next day (as long as it's ordered on a business day).
Where are you located?
We are located in small town, Pampa, Texas! We ship all over the US, and have off local pick-up as well.

What is your return policy?
Any issues with products must be expressed in writing within 14 business days from the time you received your item (if shipped, the day tracking show delivered), or you were notified your item was ready for pick-up.
Items can be returned for shop credit or exchanged for any item in-stock of equal or lesser value (if lesser, the rest will be returned to you via gift card; if more, you will owe the difference).
Any custom items (ie: name specific) cannot be returned unless there is an error that is the fault of the company.
There are no returns or exchanges on sale items unless the fault of the company.
